I am currently an apprentice at The Nest, I have worked here for a few months, where I have been gaining valuable experience as I work towards becoming qualified in Childcare L3. When I first came to the Nest I was unqualified and didn’t have many skills and knew nothing about working in this sector. The Nest gave me the opportunity to dive right into the working life and helped me build my skills which was the perfect thing for me at the time, as I was a bit timid at first. However, with the help and patience of the lovely staff and management I accomplished more than what I could’ve imagined.

“I work in the Baby Room at Nest Royal Wharf, where I have been working for nearly two years. My experience in the Baby Room has been incredible, thanks to the support and training I have received. Throughout my time here, I have gained skills and knowledge within different rooms, working with a range of ages including toddlers. What I particularly cherish about my time at the Nest is the ongoing support and encouragement I receive from my team and managers. This environment not only enhances my knowledge and experience but also assists me in my current university degree studies.”
